ON-LINE TRAINING:

Our 12-week progression program is designed to get you into the best shape of your life. 
Our on-line regiment consists of three phases: Endurance, Strength and Power. This program is perfect for individuals with strenuous schedules, limited finances or those who have the discipline and commitment to complete their workout goals without requiring a personal trainer. Programs are tailored for each individual according to his or her fitness level and include two 1/2 hour phone consultations per month, for three months, and a detailed nutrition plan.
